Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
Support the development of job descriptions and advertisements.
Maintain candidate databases and update records in the Applicant Tracking System.
Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
