We are looking for a LinkedIn Algorithm Expert who knows how to turn a professional network into a high-octane growth engine. We aren’t looking for a “Social Media Manager” to post links; we are looking for a Strategic Creator who understands the nuances of the LinkedIn feed, professional storytelling, and high-retention video.
Your mission is clear: Engineer our brand’s viral breakthrough within 90 days.
Job Responsibilities
LinkedIn Algorithm Mastery: Optimize every post for “Dwell Time,” engagement signals, and the “Golden Hour” of LinkedIn reach. You know how to leverage the latest updates to maximize organic spread.
Team Orchestration: Strategize and oversee content produced by the wider team, ensuring every piece of collateral (from thought-leadership articles to PDF carousels) aligns with a viral-ready narrative.
Video Production & Performance: Be the face of the brand or direct our leadership to be on-camera. You are comfortable producing “Lo-Fi” authentic clips and “Hi-Fi” polished brand videos.
End-to-End Editing: Execute high-level video editing (captions, hooks, pacing) and graphic design (visual identity, scroll-stopping thumbnails) that stand out in a sea of corporate blue.
The 90-Day Challenge: Launch and iterate a content series specifically designed to land a viral hit and significantly grow our follower base within your first 3 months.
Proven experience growing a personal or brand presence specifically on LinkedIn.
Strong portfolio of short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts style adapted for a professional audience).
Expertise in graphic design for LinkedIn-specific formats (Carousels, Newsletters, and Image posts).
Deep understanding of “Social Selling” and brand authority building.
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
Primary Device:
Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.

- A functioning webcam.

- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
