We founded Get Devs in 2011 to provide IT staff augmentation services. We build fully dedicated, offshore teams in the Philippines, integrating software developers, QA engineers, and IT professionals as permanent staff with our client companies.

Our services cover the entire hiring process: sourcing, recruiting, screening, background checks, hiring, onboarding, continuous training, HR management, payroll, local legal compliance, and performance monitoring.

We chose the Philippines for our operations because its culture aligns well with Western business practices. Many skilled IT, Computer Science, and Engineering graduates speak English, and the workforce has a strong work ethic. We are headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, USA.
