CrewBloom is looking for a Director of Business Development with a lot of energy who can spot opportunities and turn leads into partnerships that will last. To succeed in this role, you should be an adaptable, active listener with a compelling sales personality. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
Job Responsibilities
Develop strategies to drive business growth and revenue through outbound sales activities
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and roll out initiatives to tap new channels of business
Leverage sales automation, AI, funnel management, and prospecting tools to generate qualified sales pipeline
Set goals for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those goals
Prepare financial reports and revenue projections
Build and maintain worthwhile relationships through networking, meetings, and creating a solid social media presence
Perform demos, secure ways to build relationships and partnerships to scale the business
Overseeing and directing the performance of the outbound sales team (responsible for hunting, gathering and executing end-to-end sales), audits team, and sales enablement team
Train new sales team members to execute end-to-end outbound sales activities
Outline KPI tracking via HubSpot dashboarding
Adjust and improve the outbound efforts of the sales team to align with the strategic goals set out by the organization
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship or any related courses
Solid experience in B2B sales and leading sales teams at funded or bootstrapped startups
Proven track record of building profitable relationships with potential clients and partners through social selling and networking
Demonstrated experience in building sales pipelines and creating effective sales workflow
Strong communication skills and tech fluency
Ability to manage complex projects and generate critical business reports
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Must be technically proficient in using basic sales tools, like sales CRMs, VOIPs, and Google Workspace
