Job Description
We’re looking for an Email Marketing & Automation Specialist who can turn cold data into revenue.
This role goes beyond campaign execution, you’ll be responsible for building end-to-end automation systems, improving email deliverability, and creating nurture engines that convert cold leads into warm opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Email Automation & Nurture Systems
- Build and manage multi-step email sequences (cold, warm, reactivation, nurture)
- Design lead warming journeys for inactive or cold databases
- Create behavior-based workflows (opens, clicks, replies, inactivity triggers)
- Continuously optimize flows for conversion, engagement, and pipeline growth
2. Deliverability & Domain Health
Set up and manage:
- SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Domain warming strategies
- Inbox rotation & sending limits
Monitor and improve:
- Inbox placement (avoid spam/promotions)
- Domain reputation & sender score
Conduct regular spam audits & blacklist checks
3. CRM & Lead Management Automation
Implement auto-tagging, segmentation, and routing systems
Ensure proper tracking of:
- Lead source
- Lifecycle stage
- Engagement levels
Build workflows that sync across tools (CRM ↔ email ↔ outreach tools)
4. Zapier & System Integrations
Build and manage automations using Zapier (or similar tools)
Connect tools like:
- CRM (HubSpot, Gmail, Google Sheets and more as needed)
- Email platforms (Instantly, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Lead sources (forms, ads, outbound tools)
Ensure clean data flow across the entire funnel
5. Campaign Optimization & Analytics
Track and improve key metrics:
- Open rates
- Reply rates
- Leads
- Conversion rates
- Deliverability scores
Run A/B tests on:
- Subject lines
- Copy
- Send times
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve performance
3+ years experience in email marketing & automation
Strong understanding of email deliverability (technical + practical)
Hands-on experience with:
- Zapier or similar automation tools
- Email platforms (Instantly, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc.)
- CRM systems (HubSpot)
Experience working with cold email + outbound systems and retention marketing
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
Primary Device:
Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
A functioning webcam.
A noise-canceling USB headset.
A quiet, dedicated home office space.
