Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects to ensure successful outcomes.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams, track project progress, and help maintain effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues and deviations from the plan.

  • Assist in coordinating project tasks, assignments, and timelines across departments.

  • Maintain documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Facilitate communication among team members, ensuring everyone is informed about project updates.

  • Support the identification and management of project risks and mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and presentations related to project activities.

  • Assist in gathering and organizing project requirements, feedback, and input from stakeholders.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Project Management, etc.).

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup

  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup

    • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
  • A webcam

  • Noise-canceling USB Headset
