Job Responsibilities
Build a network of applicant talent pool through online job portals and other online sourcing channels
Review and vet candidate test task submissions and conduct initial interviews
Create a job description and job requirements based on client needs
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications provided by our client partner
Provide company and job information by answering queries from applicants via email, social media, and chat tools
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing and analyzing the applicant’s responses; verifying candidate’s background by contacting references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
Impeccable English skills
Knowledge of remote communication and technology systems
Must be energetic, extremely organized, and DEPENDABLE. If you’re looking for a short-term role, this job isn’t for you
Tech-savvy and willing to learn more software and tools
Driven: no one needs to push you to excel; it’s just who you are
System Requirements
At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
