Job Description
We are seeking a commercially-driven Sales Development Representative based in Pakistan to act as the primary bridge between prospective clients and our client’s Account Executive (AE) team. In this role, you will champion our brand, educate the market on our pre-employment solutions, and fuel our growth by securing high-quality meetings.
Core Responsibilities
Your daily focus will be a blend of high-energy outreach and strategic planning:
- Proactive Outreach: Execute a high volume of daily touchpoints (approx. 50 calls and 50 digital interactions via LinkedIn/Email) to build rapport and generate interest.
- Lead Conversion: Successfully schedule at least 25 qualified appointments per month for the AE team.
- Strategic Research: Conduct deep-dive prospect research and pre-call planning to ensure tailored, impactful conversations.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce, ensuring the sales cycle remains fluid and lead data is accurate.
- Event Promotion: Drive engagement and attendance for webinars, live seminars, and industry conferences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and optimize the hand-off process.

Background: \* Previous experience in a high-volume cold-calling or call center environment is highly preferred.
- Direct experience as an SDR within the HR tech or software space is a significant plus.
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
Primary Device:
Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
