Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can handle both content creation and digital advertising. If you’re someone who enjoys both design and digital marketing, we’d love to have you!

Job Responsibilities:

1. Edit and create engaging videos and graphics for social media posts and ads

2. Design visual content aligned with our brand and marketing goals

3. Manage and post ads across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads

4. Monitor ad performance and provide reports or insights for optimization

Additional / Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

  • Calendar and To-Do Lists:

    • Maintain the client’s calendar and ongoing task lists.
  • Expense Management:

    • Effectively manage and organize all personal and business-related expenses
  • Research and Event Planning:

    • Research industry trade shows and events for 2024-2025 to attend
  • CRM System:

    • Build and maintain a CRM system for efficient data management
  • Service Provider Coordination:

    • Coordinate and manage relationships with service providers
  • Industry Research:

    • Conduct competitive industry research to provide insights
  • Social Media Management:

    • Manage social media accounts as needed
  • Lead Generation:

    • Implement lead-generation strategies to support business goals
  • Proven experience in video editing and graphic design

  • Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Prior experience using QuickBooks is a plus

  • Understanding of tax planning principles

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy while working with data

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Previous experience in remote work is a plus

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:

    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device:

    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device:

    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • Peripherals and Workspace:

    • A functioning webcam.
    • A noise-canceling USB headset.
    • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
    • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
