Job description
We are currently looking for a Full-Stack Developer to contribute to the development, maintenance, and modernization of IT systems supporting large-scale programs. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver digital solutions that improve business processes and ensure the efficient implementation of services.
Location: Near-site (accessible within 2 hours from Brussels) ā Remote work possible
Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of software applications.
- Design and development of component architecture and building blocks for a web content management system.
- Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
- Data analysis and data modelling.
- Production of software architecture documents.
- Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
- Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting.
- Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud.
- Assistance in the testing and technical training.
- Writing of technical documentation.
- Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system.
- Depending on the circumstances, the architect may be requested to provide assistance or support in the resolution of production issues.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
IT skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Java development.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with web services.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Angular.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture best practices, microservices, and cloud architecture.
- Experience with applications design, modeling tools, enterprise architecture, and relational databases.
- Understanding of user authentication and authorization systems.
- Very good knowledge of Java (Spring Boot), ORMs (Hibernate, JPA), Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Gradle, Oracle, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Knowledge of Jenkins, CI/CD, and agile development principles.
