Our goal is to help IT leaders build stable, secure, and flexible IT environments. We were founded in 2005 and have built and supported enterprise solutions for over 20 years. We focus on the small to mid-enterprise market, providing IT Service Management (ITSM) offerings by integrating enterprise applications and data. We are a division of Pandoblox, Inc.

Our services cover consulting, solution design, staff augmentation, and managed services. This includes areas like IT operations automation, data and business intelligence, and CISO as a Service. We also offer solutions for network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud migrations, SaaS, unified communications, and facilities security. Our managed services include IT as a Service 2.0 and security services, with specializations in areas like unified threat management, WiFi & WiMax, hyperconverged networking, and video surveillance.

We also offer Themis, our Managed Data Platform. Themis brings together disconnected IT and data systems into a single source of truth, supported by a Data Service Desk. It uses AI to integrate business data and IT operations, helping different departments work together. Some of our clients include UTA, Blizzard, Honest Company, and Costco.

We offer remote (work-from-home) positions and flexible schedules to support work-life balance. Benefits are available for full-time contractors. Some roles may also offer commission-based compensation, and part-time opportunities are sometimes available.
