We started in 2011 as a visual marketing platform for destination marketers. We provide tools for sourcing original short-form video, discovering user-generated content (UGC), and managing digital assets. Our platform helps Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) showcase their locations across various channels.
We aim to replace multiple content tools with one connected solution for planning, producing, and measuring content. On average, our customers save 16 hours per week, cut video production costs by 7x, and see 45% more social video views. More than 900 destinations currently use CrowdRiff for their visual content.

CrowdRiff has between 51 and 200 employees. We have a remote-first culture, allowing employees to work from home, an office, or while traveling internationally. Our team includes engineers, designers, and other professionals who work to improve travel for people and the planet.

Benefits & Perks
We offer a full health and dental benefits package that covers spouses, common-law partners, and children. As a remote-first company, we give employees $1,000 to set up their workspace. New parents get 6 months of parental leave with their salary topped up to 80%.
We provide $1,000 CAD each year for professional growth and learning, through our DevDollars program. From June to September, we have summer hours, meaning employees get every other Friday afternoon off, often creating long weekends with statutory holidays. Year-round, we have Flexible Fridays, which are set aside for deep work without interruptions or meetings.
Employees start with 20 days of vacation each year, plus an extra 5 paid vacation days on their second, third, and fourth work anniversaries. We also support travel through our Travel Research Program, which helps cover costs for team members to experience customer destinations. Our Globetrotter 90 Program lets full-time Canadian residents work from another country for up to 90 days a year.
