Key Responsibilities
- Relentless execution: Take the marketing projects in queue (campaigns, landing pages, email sequences, content, paid media) and ship them on time. Not plan. Ship.
- Team coordination: Lead and push the marketing team (copywriters, designers, social media, video, HubSpot). Ensure every person delivers quality work on deadline.
- Metrics ownership: Be accountable for MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generated, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI per campaign. Weekly dashboards, no excuses.
- AI as a daily tool: Use Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, AI agents, and automation tools (Lemlist, Clay, HubSpot AI, etc.) to multiply the team’s output.
- High-impact B2B content: Oversee production of thought leadership, podcasts, case studies, webinars, LI, FB, IG, TK, X content that positions DaCodes as the go-to AI implementation partner for enterprises.
- Paid media & demand gen: Manage paid media budget (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) with strict ROI discipline.
- AI narrative ownership: Own the messaging around AI Agents, enterprise AI adoption, and AI transformation. You’re marketing an AI company; you need to understand and speak AI fluently.
- Report to Co-CEOs: Clear, concise, data-driven weekly status. No fluff.
Must-Have Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in AI, SaaS, or technology companies.
- Proven track record leading marketing teams and delivering measurable results (pipeline, revenue, ROI).
- HubSpot proficiency (Marketing Hub + CRM). Not “I’ve seen it”; you use it every day.
- Active user of AI tools: Claude (Cowork, API, Artifacts), ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalent. It’s your workflow, not an experiment.
- Experience with B2B paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and outbound tools (Lemlist, Clay, Apollo).
- AI-First mindset: You think first about how an AI agent or automation can solve something before assigning manual work.
- Strong understanding of the AI market: you can speak credibly about AI agents, LLMs, enterprise AI adoption, and the competitive landscape.
- Professional Spanish (B2+). Our team and local market operate in Spanish.
- Advanced English, you’ll be targeting US market
- Ability to work in Mérida (on-site or hybrid) or willingness to relocate.
- A track record of execution, not just strategy. We want to see campaigns launched, metrics moved, projects delivered
Nice to Have:
- Experience marketing AI products, AI services, or AI consulting firms.
- Understanding of the AI tech stack: models, APIs, agents, MCPs, RAG, fine-tuning, agentic frameworks.
- Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or headless CMS for landing pages.
- Background in companies of 100-500 employees in a high-growth stage.
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for enterprise AI sales.
- Experience with Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace as coordination tools.
- Your own daily AI stack that you can walk us through and explain how it makes you more productive
