We develop custom web and mobile applications for funded startups and Fortune 500 companies. Our services include mobile and web application development, product design, back-end development, API development, user testing, and technology consulting. We build with Ruby on Rails, iOS, JavaScript, Phoenix, Elixir, Android, React, React Native, DevOps, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Flutter.

Since 2005, we’ve developed over 150 custom applications. Our APIs handle more than 15 million requests weekly, and our applications support multiple languages. Over 40% of our annual revenue comes from repeat customers.

For example, we built a scalable platform for World Central Kitchen’s text-to-order food relief program, created a self-service portal for Challenge.Gov, and improved search and usability for the Baltimore City Health Department’s CHARMCare.

Civic engagement is a core belief for us. We’re involved with technical meetups, community initiatives, and support local entrepreneurship.

We have a team of 11-50 full-time, US-based developers. Almost everyone codes, including our Product Designer and Director of Marketing. Our President is a classically trained engineer.

Workplace flexibility means our core office hours are 10 am to 3:30 pm, with the rest of the 40-hour week scheduled at your convenience. Employees have even worked abroad for extended periods. As a fully remote company, we provide a budget for home office support.

We have an annual charity giving program, sponsor conferences and meetups, and some employees serve on non-profit boards and volunteer.
