Founded in 1997 by CEO Dirk Deroo, we develop specialized business software for the print media industry. Our primary product, MultiPress MIS/ERP software, helps print media companies of various sizes and production technologies streamline processes, automate workflows, and boost profits.

MultiPress automates business processes from initial contact to invoicing and reporting. The software supports Web-to-Print functionalities and integrates with Job Definition Format (JDF/JMF) for automated workflow management from prepress through printing to afterpress. We are an active member of CIP4, which monitors JDF adaptation.

Our MultiPress JDF/JMF module integrates with systems such as Agfa Apogee, Agfa Asanti, Heidelberg Prinect, Kodak Prinergy, Screen Equios, KBA LogoTronic, Caldera, Xerox FreeFlow, Man Roland Workflow, Ricoh Workflow, Konica Minolta Workflow, Xeikon Workflow, Komori KP Connect Pro, Ryobi Workflow, Duplo, Müller Martini, Efi Fiery, FujiFilm XMF Workflow, HP SmartStream, Canon PRISMAsync Workflow, Meccanotecnica, Esko Automation Engine, Dalim ES, and Enfocus Switch.

We operate across Europe, serving over 1,000 print media companies in 25 countries. We have been ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2006 and won the EDP-Award for “Beste MIS/ERP-Software für Print und Sign” in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
