We started Magical in 2020 to build an AI platform that automates complex workflows. We develop AI employees to automate time-consuming tasks with over 90% reliability on end-to-end processes. We offer a platform for connecting applications and websites to automate manual workflows without integrations, and a text expansion tool to eliminate repetitive typing.

We primarily serve the healthcare industry, where our AI employees automate clinical, administrative, and financial workflows for providers, payers, and health tech organizations. For example, our Care Gap Agents, Patient Access Agents (for registration, scheduling, eligibility, prior authorization), Billing & Claims Agents (for charge review, claim creation, submission), Payments & Denials Agents (for EOB download, payment posting, denial identification), A/R Follow-up Agents, Clinical Operations Agents (for provider enrollment, credentialing), and Pharmacy Operations Agents (for Rx intake, eligibility checks, 340B audit) are deployed in 2 to 6 weeks with 91% to 99% accuracy.

Users can see every action our AI employees take, with real-time tracking and a full audit trail. AI judges automatically monitor our AI employees, scoring actions with a health rating based on accuracy and speed. Our local and no-code approach is built to maintain security and privacy, adhering to standards such as SAML SSO, SOC2 Type II, AI Controls, and HIPAA Compliance.
