Role Summary
The Builder Support Executive (Remote) is the primary point of contact for assigned builder accounts, ensuring smooth execution and an exceptional partner experience. This role blends relationship management with operational coordination—supporting purchase orders, job setup, training logistics, issue resolution, and proactive communication across internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-first, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while working independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Builder & Partner Support
- Serve as the day-to-day support contact for assigned builder divisions and internal stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with builder purchasing, construction, warranty, and field teams.
- Provide timely, professional communication and clear status updates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, account support, sales operations, builder support, construction services, or related experience
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple accounts and priorities with minimal oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident working with external partners
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working through ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with homebuilders, construction operations, electrical trades, or building products
- Familiarity with PO-driven workflows, jobsite/lot tracking, and community launch processes
- Experience coordinating training and/or field support across multiple regions
- Ability to analyze trends and recommend scalable improvements
