Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, forms, and requests, including product availability, replenishment, pricing, and delivery information.
- Manage customer communications related to orders, shipments, invoicing, and general enquiries.
- Provide prompt and professional support via phone and email.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and claims in accordance with DENSO policies and procedures.
- Support warranty claim and return shipment processes.
- Maintain customer master data and create new customer accounts where required.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Perform corrective actions in customer accounts, pricing, and system data when required.
- Participate actively in team meetings, customer meetings, and improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree.
- Native Polish speaker (mandatory).
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (mandatory).
- Czech language skills are beneficial but not required.
- Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, or Sales Support.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP Oracle systems is an advantage.
