Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Senior Cash Collection Specialist with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong financial knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting and guiding junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the cash collection process with incorporating customer service skills.
Develop strategies to improve collection rates.
Resolve complex client queries and collaborate with Partners.
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
Support colleagues and resolve complex cases.
Ensure compliance with company policies with care of quality standards and service excellence.
Collaborate with Local Finance teams and various stakeholders.
About 5 years of experience in cash collection Files.
Advance English proficiency.
Advanced attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in problem-solving.
Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills.
