About the Opportunity
Dentons Business Services EMEA is currently seeking an Intern to join our Talent Team. This is a great opportunity for a positive, proactive individual with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn. As an intern, you’ll gain first-hand insight into how the Learning & Development team operates within a global law firm environment.
You will support the execution of our flagship development programs, contributing directly to the growth and engagement of our people.
Responsibilities
Support the coordination and delivery of L&D programs (logistics, scheduling, materials)
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning events
Manage participant communications and track attendance and feedback
Maintain learning systems and databases (LMS updates, reporting)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across HR and business teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of learning initiatives
University student, ideally with a focus on economics, finance, or a related field
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, data, and reporting skills
A critical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Able to work independently and take initiative
A team player with a collaborative approach
Availability minimum 32 hours per week
A paid 6-month internship at a global law firm (35 PLN gross per hour)
Daily use of English in a professional setting
A hybrid work model
