Founded in 2013, we provide technology and advisory solutions for derivatives and hedging to financial institutions. Our cloud-based platform, DerivativeEDGE, helps financial institutions manage interest rate, FX, and commodity derivatives programs, along with international payments. The platform includes tools for accounting, compliance, and analytics. It provides real-time visibility into exposures, risk, and performance, along with scenario analysis and limit tracking.
Our Trade Workstation offers live pricing, rate shock analysis, and pre-trade analytics. We offer solutions for risk monitoring, customer loan hedging, balance sheet strategy, fund-level and portfolio company hedging, counterparty liquidity monitoring, international payments, and hedge accounting. We also provide advisory services for hedging policy, program design, execution, and compliance.
Our clients include banks, credit unions, private equity firms, fund managers, and corporations. The platform manages approximately $500 billion in notional value across interest rate, FX, and commodities. It processes about 1,000 transactions monthly and serves over 300 clients.
