Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our agile team working on enterprise-grade digital solutions within the NewPIMS program. You will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based business applications leveraging Microsoft 365, PowerApps, and Power Automate technologies. Your work will directly contribute to building scalable, user-friendly solutions that streamline business processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cloud-native application architectures using Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Develop and maintain PowerApps applications (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps) for enterprise use cases.
- Design and implement Power Automate workflows to orchestrate business logic and automate cross-platform processes.
- Use the Microsoft Common Data Service Connector Architecture to integrate and manage application data.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize development and deployment workflows (Dev-Test-Int-Prod) using Azure DevOps.
- Integrate with Office 365 components, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365, where applicable.
- Contribute to architectural and solution design decisions with a focus on usability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and work in cross-functional teams following Scrum or SAFe methodologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Cloud Architecture and its integration patterns.
- Proficiency in Power Platform setup and administration, including governance best practices.
- Strong understanding of relational data modeling and experience working with Common Data Service (Dataverse).
- Experience with frontend plug-in development using JavaScript and C#.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, especially Azure DevOps for CI/CD and pipeline management.
- Knowledge of database structures and the ability to work with data in complex environments.
- Ability to think in logical structures, manage dependencies, and design modular, reusable components.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience in Power Portal setup and customization.
- Customization of Dynamics 365 GUI is a plus.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Office 365 environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
