Job Description
- Acts as business controller under coordination of a senior controller
- Coordinates month-end closing activities
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial report
- Supports effective business decisions by monitoring and analyzing financial data
- Cooperation in monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting in cooperation with other departments
- Proactively supports the process development and process automation initiatives
- Participate in development of existing KPI reports by using modern self-service BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Finance or Economy
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Fundamental understanding of key controlling and reporting processes
- Solid MS Excel knowledge & good knowledge in MS Office
- Process Automation & process development mindset
- Knowledge & engagement with BI solutions
- Excellent communication skills, being fluent in English (German strong advantage)
- Good analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Team player
