About the Team
Digital Transformation Services (DTS) acts as the central bridge between business requirements and IT delivery within the Future Operating Model.
The DTS team ensures that business needs are clearly structured, prioritized, and translated into IT-ready requirements, while maintaining an end-to-end perspective across systems and value streams.
By connecting business goals, customer impact, and technical implementation, DTS enables scalable, standardized, and reliable delivery of business value.
About the Allegro Program
Allegro is a structured development and governance initiative designed to manage and steer multiple business and IT streams in a transparent, standardized, and execution-focused way.
The project establishes clear scope, defined deliverables, milestone-based planning, and regular governance cadences to ensure alignment across business, sales, IT, and delivery stakeholders.
Your tasks
As “Senior Project Manager”, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of projects and initiatives connecting to our IT products and services in the Offer, Order and Billing environment.
In close collaboration with the relevant departments of delivery and the customer suppliers together with your project team, you must ensure reaching our goals and making sure that we deliver the best quality to our customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Product responsibility for IT products and services in the Offer, Order & Billing environment
- End-to-end management of projects and initiatives (planning, implementation, tracking, completion)
- Close collaboration with international teams, business stakeholders, IT architects, development teams and external partners
- Coordination of multiple streams including dependencies, risks and priorities
- Creation and maintenance of status, progress and management reports
- Ensuring goal achievement, quality, budget and timelines
- Active networking in the corporate environment as well as coordination across team and country boundaries
- Support in product and roadmap planning as well as strategic decisions
Qualifications
Your profile
- Several years (>6) of professional experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or comparable role
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex IT projects
- Sound understanding of offer, order and billing processes (ideally telco environment)
- Experience in classic and hybrid project management setups (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, hybrid models)
- Strong in stakeholder management, moderation and decision-making
- Experience with IT systems including Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow, combined with strong Microsoft Office skills.
- High analytical and structured way of working
- Important: The role is clearly not junior - a confident appearance and independent control at senior level is expected.

- English and German: fluent (compulsory) - daily working language
