Job Description
As a Portfolio Manager, you take full strategic and commercial ownership of an IT or Security Services portfolio (e.g., Identity Security, Cloud Security, Infrastructure/Network Security, Managed Services).
You act as the “Mini-CEO” of your portfolio and are responsible for market positioning, growth, profitability, and long-term strategic development. You work closely with Solution Management, Sales, Delivery, Controlling, and external technology partners.
You drive growth — while Solution Management ensures operational excellence.
Your Role
- Drive portfolio strategy and roadmap
- Own P&L and margin performance
- Develop pricing models and business cases
- Lead go-to-market initiatives
- Manage vendor partnerships
- Ensure sustainable revenue growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years in portfolio/product management (IT or Cyber Security)
- Excellent written and spoken English (min. C1) and German (min. C1) skills are desirable
- Strong commercial mindset and financial acumen
- Experience with pricing strategies and vendor management
- Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Commercially driven and KPI-oriented
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Ability to navigate complex corporate environments
