Department and Project
This position is within the Tolling Services team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary. The team consists of IT professionals specializing in electronic road-charging solutions. Together with our partners, we develop and operate intelligent, kilometer-based tolling systems for international customers, covering the entire business process (vehicle registrations, country booking, providing On-Board Units, position data transmission, charge calculation, and fleet billing). Leveraging digital intelligence and advanced technology, our tolling solutions facilitate seamless mobility across Europe. The team aims to enhance existing services and expand into new domains. As part of an international team collaborating with T-Systems International, you will play a key role in supporting our customers with cutting-edge tolling solutions.
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer - Monitoring to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust monitoring solutions to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our infrastructure and applications. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact our users.
Main tasks
As a Procurement Specialist:
- Responsibility for the procurement process of services
→ Obtaining quotations, conducting internal tenders (Decidalo & SNOW) and external tenders, commissioning, performance monitoring/approval, and supplier management
- Responsibility for the procurement process of hardware and software
→ Internal quotation requests, commissioning (creating purchase orders), performance monitoring/approval, and supplier management
- Strong cost awareness
- Optimization of purchasing processes and continuous efficiency improvement
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines (e.g., compliance regulations)
- Tracking of procurement processes
- Document management
- Stakeholder management (business units, finance, …)
- Strategic and operational procurement management
- Procurement of services, hardware, and software in national and international environments
- Preparation and execution of tenders & market analyses
- Solid knowledge of contract law, labor law & compliance management
- Supplier management and maintenance of long-term partnerships
- Cost management and budget control
Qualifications
Background and required skills:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in the following areas: Computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, natural science, mathematics, business or equivalent work experience in IT
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- SAP (OneERP) – Knowledge of procurement processes and system navigation
- MyStore – Telekom-specific procurement process
- Employee Portal – Processing invoice and performance approvals
- MS Office – Proficient use (particularly Excel – basic knowledge)
- Optional: Jira/Confluence – Project management and documentation platforms
- Initiative and sense of responsibility
- Communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Time management and prioritization
Advantage:
- Experience working in SAFe environment.
