Job Description
We are looking for a new colleague for a project for the automotiver customer CARIAD.
Main tasks:
- Create and maintain a review plan for every PI
- Schedule and moderate regular review meetings
- Prepare review pages, document results and decisions in a structured and traceable way
- Derive action items from reviews, ensure follow-up and closure
- Take care of review baselines
- Keep track of deadlines and progress
- Analyze processes, identify gaps and derive focus topics
- Provide regular status updates on quality, process, and improvement activities
- Maintain Jira structures, create overviews when needed
- Improve existing processes through driving continuous improvement initiative
- Support agile teams in compliance with established processes
Qualifications
Required skills:
- Experience in Business Process Documentation and Modeling
- Experience in Quality Management
- Confluence and Jira knowledge
- Very good communication skills
- German and English knowledge (min. B2 level)
Advantages:
- Experience in Continuous improvement process
- Stakeholder Management
- Knowledge in ASPICE (Automotive SPICE)
- Knowledge in SQL (Structured Query Language)
- Experience with agile processes (Scrum structure, testing..)
