Job Description
- Own and deliver end-to-end controlling activities for assigned Business Unit(s) with full P&L responsibility (Revenue & Cost).
- Take full ownership of key controlling processes (e.g. closing, forecasting), ensuring effective coordination across functions and driving timelines, inputs, and deliverables.
- Challenge financial results and underlying assumptions; proactively investigate deviations and perform deep-dive analyses when needed.
- Consolidate complex financial information into clear, structured, and concise insights for senior management.
- Provide actionable recommendations, highlighting key risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting standards, and tools.
- Maintain a holistic understanding of the organization and end-to-end business operations.
- Develop and enhance reporting solutions using tools such as MS Power BI, SAP, and SQL.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in controlling, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating financial processes (e.g., forecasting, closing).
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex situations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to interact with senior leadership.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint (advanced analytics and visualization).
- Hands-on experience with SAP, SQL, and/or MS Power BI.
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- MSc or BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
