Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join the ELSA program.
ELSA is a strategic digitization initiative operating in a SAFe environment with 12 product teams distributed across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations. The program focuses on application and process automation while establishing a new IT architecture to enable fully automated network enhancement management.
In this role, you will support agile delivery across the program, with a strong focus on enabling teams to adopt and apply agile methodologies and tools effectively. Your goal is to foster smooth collaboration, continuous improvement, and reliable on-time delivery in an international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and monitor team progress and delivery
- Challenge and continuously improve ways of working at both team and program level
- Lead and support the implementation of process and behavioral changes at team level
- Represent the team’s needs and feedback at program level
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and propose pragmatic solutions
- Strengthen collaboration between solution design and development teams
- Maintain close alignment with other Scrum Masters, the RTE, and Product Owners
- Support Product Owners in backlog management and refinement activities
- Increase the agility and effectiveness of the solution design team

Qualifications
Must have
- Fluent German language skills
- Strong intermediate English language skills
- Experience working with cross-country / distributed teams
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a multinational environment
Nice to have
- Experience with scaled agile delivery (e.g., SAFe)
- Experience working with solution design teams
- Experience managing shared resources across teams
- Advanced Jira knowledge (e.g., JQL, rich filters)
- Experience supporting and steering backlog management
