Job Description
We are the “rebels” of the networks and, together with the large IT clusters Rebell and Plural, are responsible for Deutsche Telekom’s network management.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
- Ability to understand complex IT processes and translate them into structured documentation
- Knowledge of tools for process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML, Flows) is a mus

- Migration of business logic: From REBELL & PLURAL to DiCO and PlanDok
- Process optimization: Improving planning and documentation workflows
- Collaboration: Close cooperation with technical experts and developers
Your Tasks:
- Analyze existing application logic and documentation processes
- Define requirements for migration to new systems
- Support the transformation of planning and documentation workflows
- Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure consistency and quality in transferred processes
