Job Description
At GSUS, we are shaping the future of real estate management within Deutsche Telekom. GSUS is a corporate real estate management and procurement unit within Deutsche Telekom, not a standalone property developer. Its mission combines asset optimization, cost efficiency, and digital sustainability solutions in service of the company’s overall operations.
About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Test Manager to oversee all activities within the scope of integration and system testing in various domains. Your primary objective is to ensure that our software solutions strictly meet the customer’s quality standards, functional, and technical requirements, ultimately guaranteeing safe and stable operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Strategy Development: Develop suitable and effective test strategies in close cooperation with the development teams and the client’s technical contact persons.
- Test Case Management: Create, coordinate, and manage comprehensive test cases specifically designed for integration and system tests.
- Acceptance Testing: Implement or proactively support tests tailored for specialist process acceptance (UAT).
- Analysis & Reporting: Thoroughly analyze and document test results to accurately evaluate the reliability and performance of the software.
- Client Collaboration: Provide dedicated support to the Test Manager appointed by the client.
Qualifications
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Testing Expertise: Proven experience in software testing, with a strong focus on integration and system testing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex test results and document software performance and reliability metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with both internal development teams and external client stakeholders.
- Process-Oriented: Experience in facilitating process acceptance and ensuring compliance with strict quality standards.
