Job Description
We are looking for an IT Resource Manager to support large and complex framework contracts with a strong focus on personnel service management. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable IT service providers, coordinating resource needs for demanding projects, preparing high-quality offer documentation, and supporting the development of a strong partner and supplier network. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Actively manage IT resources for large and complex framework contracts with a high share of personnel services.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suitable IT service providers and delivery partners for complex customer projects.
- Prepare high-quality offer documentation in line with strict quality standards.
- Support consultants in building and expanding a strong partner and supplier network to ensure delivery capability.
- Analyze and prepare topic‑relevant questions, data, and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
- Ensure transparency, documentation accuracy, and compliance with internal processes.
Scope of Work
- Work independently or as part of a team to coordinate IT resource needs across multiple projects.
- Participate in supplier discussions, evaluations, and negotiations.
- Support the creation and optimization of processes related to resource and supplier management.
- Maintain structured documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of all required materials, offers, and resource-related information.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience, including:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role (resource management, supplier coordination, staffing, or IT service management).
- Affinity for IT topics and basic understanding of IT technologies, job profiles, and project staffing.
- Strong analytical, systematic, and structured working style.
- High level of flexibility, resilience, and commitment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong reliability and adherence to deadlines.
- Confident use of the MS Office suite.
Languages
- German – Very good written and spoken skills (required).
- English – Very good level.

- Personal interest in IT topics, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1270 € /brutto.
