Job Description
We run Open Telekom Cloud! Open Telekom Cloud is a public cloud standard product based on open source community software and driven by principles of DevSecOps. Lean structures, agile methods, highly motivated teams and an extremely dynamic business environment determine our actions. With this customer-oriented and agile orientation, we are the anchor point for the Public Cloud business in Deutsche Telekom Group.
Purpose
We are looking for a digital learning specialist who can translate complex cloud topics into clear, structured and engaging learning material. As Digital Learning Specialist, you build training paths for customers, partners and sales teams and ensure that all learning formats support a fast and confident use of the Open Telekom Cloud (OTC). You work closely with product teams, journey owners and the offshore development team to create content that reflects real workflows and platform behaviour. The onboarding solution is based on ServiceNow CSM, so you need to describe customer steps, forms and service flows in a clear and accurate way. Your work enables users to understand the platform and move through key processes with confidence.
Key accountabilities
Create learning paths for customers, partners and sales teams
Produce tutorials, guides, videos, labs and product explanations for OTC services
Describe ServiceNow CSM onboarding steps and create content that explains forms, cases and customer-facing flows
Work with product teams to understand features and turn them into easy learning material
Translate complex cloud topics into hands-on examples that support onboarding and adoption
Coordinate with the offshore team to prepare code-based examples, labs and supporting material
Maintain consistent content quality and update learning modules when services or workflows change
Qualifications
MUST HAVE :
Experience in content creation, instructional design or enablement for technical products
Ability to simplify cloud concepts and describe them in a clear and structured way
Understanding of OTC services or experience with other cloud platforms
Basic understanding of ServiceNow CSM flows, forms and the behaviour of service requests
Ability to work with product teams and turn technical input into learning assets
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Experience with video or documentation tools
Ability to manage several content streams and keep material aligned with product changes
Background in B2B, cloud or enterprise environments is helpful
Education

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1820 € /brutto.
