We offer AI-powered bookkeeping automation software for businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers. Our tools automate repetitive bookkeeping tasks by capturing and extracting data from expenses and invoices with 99.9% accuracy. Services include mobile scanning, email submission, invoice fetching, and syncing with bank feeds to digitize, categorize, and integrate financial information into accounting software.

We integrate with over 30 accounting software platforms, including QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Sage, and connect with over 11,500 financial institutions globally. Over 700,000 businesses worldwide use our platform. In 2023, we were named ‘Best Accounting Cloud-Based Software Company.’ We also received Xero’s Small Business App of the Year award in both the UK and US in 2024.

We operate in the IT Services and IT Consulting industries. We acquired Hatch Apps in 2020, a company founded in 2015 that specialized in web development and app prototyping. Hatch Apps later traded as Xavier Analytics. In 2024, we joined the IRIS Software Group.

We operate as a global hybrid business, generally requiring no more than three days per week in the office. While standard working hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, we support flexible working arrangements.

We have offices in several global locations. Our global head office in the UK, established in 2010, has over 150 team members handling central functions and the UK/Ireland market. The French office, opened in 2015, has about 60 staff focused on the French market. Bulgaria, also established in 2010, is key for product development and tech innovation with a team of 140, including over 100 in IT roles. Our Canadian office, opened in 2019, has over 30 staff supporting North American operations. The Australian office, launched in 2014, has over 20 staff primarily in revenue and marketing.
