We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Senior Account Executive ready to own the full sales cycle and drive outbound growth in the French market. 🚀

The role, what you’ll do:

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll drive new business growth by identifying potential partners and converting them into successful partnerships. Working closely with our SDR and Marketing teams, you’ll own and manage the full 360° sales cycle (from out-reach, demo to closing) while aligning with the Head of New Business to support our strategic goals.

The day-to-day:

  • Proactively build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts using a mix of outbound strategies (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, events) and inbounds.
  • Develop & demonstrate consultative selling techniques.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their needs and challenges, and tailoring solutions to demonstrate the value and impact of our product in a competitive and evolving market.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the sales process by sharing best practices, improving internal workflows, and supporting the team with coaching and peer learning -  becoming a reliable go-to person within the sales team.

About you, what we are looking for:

We’re looking for a proven Account Executive with solid years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS / Tech / FinTech.

  • You’re a pro at managing a clean, high-performing pipeline. You know your CRM inside-out, keeping every deal, note, and stage up to date. You bring structure and clarity to the sales process, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • You bring an entrepreneurial mindset to your prospecting. You’re not just here to close, you’re here to build, test, and improve the entire approach. You build your own pipeline from scratch, finding smart, creative ways to engage prospects.

  • Strong outbound sales experience, including both digital and in-person prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, events, webinars, etc.)

  • A solid grasp of structured sales methodologies (ex: MEDDIC or similar), with the ability to coach and inspire others.

  • You thrive on autonomy and initiative, with the ability to create your own pipeline and opportunities in a mature market.
  • You’re curious and commercially aware,  always keeping an eye on the competition and staying ahead of market trends (e.g. industry events like the Congrès EC).
