Job duties:
Business Unit Management & Team Coaching:
- Manage and coach Associates in Dialectica’s highly specialized market research methodology, technology workflow, coaching practices and compliance processes
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance review & catch up sessions
- Design and implement career development plans for team members
- Run morning and midday meetings with the whole team
- Deliver company’s L&D sessions to the team/unit/new hires
- Assess team’s hiring needs and align those with hiring cycles/workforce planning
- Conduct interviews to attract talent/interviewing and hiring
- Represent the company in marketing events to expand branding
Client Oversight:
- Reviewing client project briefs to understand their knowledge gaps and conduct high level industry and company research to identify the most relevant experts
- Utilizing phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach to connect with experts
- Critically screening experts for their suitability and relevance to address a client’s needs with an emphasis on quality
- Oversee day to day and strategic relationships with clients
- Oversee project/service delivery and quality assurance to ensure client satisfaction
- Leverage client relationships to further broaden the company’s footprint
- Hold frequent client meetings (virtual, face to face) to strengthen the successful partnerships
- Ensure prompt financial and invoicing processes are followed
Project Management:
Prioritize and delegate client projects to ensure appropriate resourcing across team members
Review active projects and track progress; providing guidance and course correction when needed
Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery against responsibilities
Conduct client feedback calls upon project closure in order to receive client’s feedback/project improvement
Account Management with direct responsibility to maintain and expand the company’s relationship with client groups
Account budgeting/forecasting at the end of each year for the year to follow
College-level diploma or certificate in Administration and Management, Business Administration, Human Sciences - economic profile, or any equivalent field
Minimum of one (1) year experience as a strategic advisor in process optimization and organizational growth in consulting and in Expert networks industry
Proven skills in People Management, managing teams of 3-5 people
Advanced proficiency in Google suite (Google Sheets,Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.) and Salesforce
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and knowledge management platforms is an asset
Fluency in English, verbal and written
Fluency in French, verbal and written, is a great asset
Have a strong entrepreneurial drive and “attention to detail” mindset
Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills with proven experience in communicating effectively
Strong team participation skills, particularly in teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
Be a results-driven team contributor who can effectively manage their time while maintaining a positive and “can-do” attitude
Terms of employment:

- Full-time position
- Annual base salary between 75 000$ and 90 000$
- Work location: 425 Av. Viger, Suite 200, Montréal (Québec), H2Z 1W5 Canada

The company recruits experts from all over the world in all industries for its clients primarily located outside Quebec, with the support of the company’s other offices located outside Quebec with which interaction is constant. Accordingly, knowledge of English is required for this position.
Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training will be offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
