Founded in 1989, we provide unbiased analysis and consulting on energy, environment, and economics. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Willdan Group, Inc., we focus on the transition to clean energy.

We help plan and operate renewable energy systems, develop policies for a decarbonized economy, and understand the role of utilities, market operators, and new technologies in this transition. We serve public and private sector clients, including regulated utilities, restructured markets, distributed resources, high voltage transmission, regulators, policymakers, developers, investors, state agencies, financial institutions, equity investors, and data center operators.
