The Platform Delivery Lead owns what gets built, when it ships, and why. This role combines release management, project execution, and product ownership – tracking delivery across teams, writing clear functional requirements, and ensuring each release is aligned to business priorities. This will be a hybrid role that operates out of our New York location.

Responsibilities

  • Own release planning and delivery for the eCommerce platform.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage backlog priority, scope, and dependencies.
  • Align timelines with engineering capacity and business goals.
  • Drive cross-team execution through release readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience in delivery, release management, or technical program leadership.
  • Strong background working with eCommerce platforms.
  • Excellent at writing clear, concise functional requirements.
  • Proven ability to ship complex work on time.
  • Decisive, organized, and execution-oriented.

$90,000 - $125,000 a year

Physical Requirement:

-Mandatory Onsite: The specific nature of this role requires physical presence at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours. This requirement applies only to positions explicitly designated as Onsite in the job description, such as showroom roles, and does not supersede any agreed-upon remote or hybrid working arrangements for other VRAI positions.

-This position will often: Sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist,  climb, balance, stoop, squat,  kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.

-Lift/carry and push/pull up to 25 pounds
