We provide an automated construction progress tracking solution to help teams complete projects on schedule and on budget. We combine project data from the job site, BIM (Building Information Modeling), schedule, and budget to give an objective view of current status and predict future outcomes. Our system uses machine-generated risk analysis to help teams avoid potential cost overruns and schedule delays.

Our technology uses computer vision to analyze video from 360 cameras mounted on hard hats. It measures work-in-place for every trade, system, and stage. We compare this data against plans to identify incomplete or out-of-sequence work and forecast delays based on past production rates, which helps teams adjust plans.

Customers use our system for projections, manpower scheduling, weekly production tracking, and visualization. This helps them make better decisions and feel more confident about project delivery. We serve the construction industry, including general contractors, owners, data center developers, healthcare projects, and EV battery factories. We have tracked over 1 billion square feet of construction for 18 of the top 30 General Contractors, 14 of the top 20 data center developers, 80+ healthcare projects, 2 of the top 3 largest U.S. EV battery factories, and 3 of 4 hyperscalers. On average, our customers deliver projects 11% faster, reduce monthly cash outflows by 16%, and spend 95% less time tracking and communicating progress.
