Echodyne, founded in 2014 and based in Kirkland, Washington, designs and builds radar solutions for intelligent systems and autonomous machines. We develop commercial radar solutions for users and integrators in government, defense, critical infrastructure protection, uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS), and autonomous vehicle markets globally.

Our technology uses patented metamaterials electronically scanned array (MESA®) technology. This, combined with powerful software, provides advanced radar performance in a low Size, Weight, Power, and Cost (SWaP-C), solid-state format. MESA radars use common materials to precisely steer radar energy without phase shifters, moving parts, or maintenance.

Our products include EchoShield, EchoFlight, and EchoGuard radars, which are used for applications like Counter UAS, 3D security, drone detection, border surveillance, and perimeter intrusion detection. Our software-defined performance allows for regular updates and includes the EchoWare suite of tools for radar tuning, visualization, and intelligent networking. We are AS9100 and ISO 9001 Certified, and we design and manufacture our radars in facilities outside Seattle, WA.
