A fast-growing healthcare and pharmacy organization is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Reverse Distribution Manager to help oversee and support the development of a new reverse distribution operation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee pharmaceutical reverse distribution operations and workflows
Support returns processing, manufacturer credits, and inventory management
Help develop operational procedures and compliance processes
Ensure compliance with DEA, FDA, and pharmaceutical regulations
Coordinate with pharmacies, manufacturers, and logistics partners
Assist with warehouse and operational planning
Requirements
Previous pharmaceutical reverse distribution experience required
Background in reverse logistics, warehouse, or operations management
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical returns and compliance procedures
Leadership or management experience preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help build operations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Location:
Remote within the U.S. Preferred locations include New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Pennsylvania, though candidates from other states will also be considered.
