Your responsibilities:
As a junior business scientist, you will:
- Work on challenging projects with international clients, combining analytics and consulting, including building tailored solutions.
- Work in teams of 3–6 business scientists across 1–3 projects.
- Engage from discovery to final recommendations: data analysis, modelling, and translating insights.
- Propose innovative approaches and grow into ownership of projects.
- Support project planning, coordination, and delivery tracking, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Present results to stakeholders including C-suite clients.
- Build expertise across methodologies and industries.
- Receive training, mentoring, and continuous support, with a clear development path toward a Senior Business Scientist role.
- Gain exposure to the APAC leadership team.
- Contribute to a fast-growing, ambitious and collaborative team.
Your profile:
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- Strong academic performance.
- 2–3 years of experience in data analysis / modelling, preferably in a client-facing or consulting environment.
- Experience with R, Python, SQL or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Interest in consulting and problem solving, and project delivery.
- Exposure to project management or PMO-related activities is a plus.
- Strong interest in marketing and business topics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights for business stakeholders.
- Business-level English.
- Additional Asia languages are a plus.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong ownership and proactiveness.
- Self-driven and eager to learn.
