If you’re coming from digital marketing or a similar field, this is a great entry point to grow into a strategic business development role.
Requirements
What you’ll do:
Search for and attract new partners, conduct introduction calls, identify collaboration opportunities, and launch new partnerships.
Build and nurture strong relationships with partners through regular communication and joint initiatives.
Manage the partnership lifecycle: prioritize opportunities, coordinate follow-ups, tracking next steps, and drive partnerships from first contact to active collaboration.
Use AI tools daily to speed up research, outreach, communication, and reporting.
Coordinate lead exchange between Eleken and partners, ensuring smooth communication and visibility into pipeline progress.
Collaborate with Sales, Account, and Design teams to turn partnership opportunities into measurable business results.
Manage partnership data and documentation in the CRM, keeping records accurate and processes organized.
Analyze partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and propose initiatives to scale the partner channel.
Represent Eleken at industry events and continuously expand the company’s professional network.
What we expect:
Experience in a communication-focused role (e.g., Account Manager, Project Manager, Community Manager, HR, Sales, Customer Support) — no prior experience as a Partnership Manager required, we’re ready to train the right person.
Experience managing multiple relationships simultaneously (around 30+ clients, partners, or companies).
An AI-driven approach to work — you actively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in your daily tasks to work faster and smarter.
Understanding of the IT industry, digital products, digital marketing basics, and B2B communication.
Willingness to learn cold outreach and partner acquisition.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfort working with CRM, documentation, and multiple parallel tasks.
Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, ownership, and a results-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze information, and make data-driven decisions.
