Job Description
ELEKS Quality Assurance Office is looking for a Middle/Senior Data Quality Engineer in Ukraine, Poland or Croatia.
ABOUT PROJECT
Our customer is a renewable energy company engaged in renewable power generation, the production of sustainable biomass, and the sale of renewable electricity to businesses. British zero-carbon power generation company which basically owns a few power plants and supports businesses aimed at distributing the electricity to the market.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of experience in data quality engineering
- Experience with Databases/SQL
- Experience with data projects
- Experience with Databricks or Snowflake
- Experience with ETL testing and PowerBI reports
- Initiative and proactive position
- Ability to adapt to project changes during the project flow
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with the energy domain
- Experience with Python scripting, AWS (e.g. S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, Lambda, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and execute tests at all planned levels, log and evaluate results and document deviations from the expected results
- Use tests administration, monitoring, and management tools
- Participate in test environment setup
- Prepare and acquire test data
- Contribute to test documentation creation/validation/update process (test cases, test plan, etc.)
- Review, analyse and assess project requirements and specifications to convert them into quality control process artefacts
- Review test artefacts developed by others
- Communicate with other Team Members
- Report Test Progress to Stakeholders
