What you’ll do
As a Data Analyst, you are the analytical bridge between business and data. You work closely with clients and delivery teams to ensure that data solutions actually reflect how organizations operate and support better decision-making.
Responsibilities you are looking for:
- Work closely with clients to understand their questions, context, and business processes
You engage directly with stakeholders to uncover what they need, how their organization works, and where data can make a real difference.
- Translate business questions into data analysis deep dives
You structure real-world processes, agreements, and exceptions into clear analytical logic that enables reliable insights.
- Validate data, definitions, and assumptions
Together with clients and developers, you ensure shared understanding of KPIs and prevent misinterpretation by aligning business expectations with technical implementation.
- Collaborate with developers and delivery teams
You act as the analytical counterpart in project teams, challenge logic early, and contribute to high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Explain insights and data logic to stakeholders
You clearly communicate what the data says, what it doesn’t say, and how insights should (and should not) be used.
- Ensure documentation, consistency, and reusability
You document assumptions, definitions, and edge cases so solutions remain scalable and reusable across client environments.
Your role in client engagements
You enjoy being client-facing without being sales-driven. In projects, you:

Act as a trusted sparring partner for clients.
Provide clarity on KPIs, definitions, and data usage.
Help shape BI roadmaps and guide clients towards more data-driven decision-making.
Untangle complex business models and IT landscapes into understandable BI solutions.
Translate client needs to developers and challenge solutions where needed.

Requirements
What you bring
8+ years of experience as a data consultant analyst, a big plus is experience :Container Terminal industry or related background such as logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or asset-heavy, operational domains.
You are not a data engineer, but you have strong technical fluency to validate and improve analytical solutions.
Able to read and write SQL and basic Python to explore data, test assumptions, and validate logic.
Utilize data models, understand metric behavior over time, and document grain, assumptions, and edge cases clearly.
Solid experience using Power BI or other reporting tools to build clear, user-friendly insights that tell the right story.
Flexibility working in agile environments and with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
An eager, entrepreneurial mindset: initiative, curiosity, and willingness to try new things.
