We began operating as a single business in 2019, becoming SMX in 2021 with the support of OceanSound Partners. SMX formed by integrating legacy companies including Trident Technologies, Smartronix, Datastrong, C2S Consulting Group, Creoal Consulting, Outside Analytics, and cBEYONData, which joined us more recently.\n\nWe work with Department of Defense, Public Sector, Fortune 1000, and other government and commercial customers worldwide. Our core locations are in Alabama, California, the DC Metro Area (Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC), Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania.\n\nIn Cloud Solutions, Gartner recognizes us as a Magic Quadrant Leader, and we have Premier status with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. We led early efforts in cloud modernization, migrating the first federal government compute workload to the cloud. Our offerings include a QSMO-approved Core FS solution for federal financial management, SMX Elevate AI Labs℠ for secure AI development, and SMX Elevate℠ for digital transformation using automation. For C5ISR, we offer a commercial ISR platform that speeds up insights, along with specialized assets for capturing and analyzing intelligence in various conditions. Our Advanced Engineering / IT services cover systems integration, data analytics, cloud security, IT, and cybersecurity, helping clients implement next-generation capabilities.\n\nWe hold ISO 9001 and AS9100D certifications, and our Hollywood, MD headquarters has a CMMI maturity level 3 rating. Our Herndon, VA location holds ISO 20000 and 27001 certifications. We partner with leading teammates and companies.
