About the Role
We’re hiring a Content Operations Lead to take ownership of content operations and e-commerce content creation across Eneba and its expanding portfolio of brands (including Snakzy and Refilled, with more to come).
This is not a copywriting role. It’s not a brand or editorial leadership role.
This is a high-ownership, operational leadership position responsible for:Scaling how content is produced, managed, localised, and optimisedLeading and developing a growing team of specialistsTying content operations directly to business performance, automation, and growth.
You’ll operate in a fast-moving, execution-first environment where pace, volume, and impact matter more than polish — and where the right leader can materially reshape how the function works.
About the Team
The Content team currently operates across four functional domains:
Copywriting (on-page, campaigns, newsletters)
Localization (freelance networks, QA, AI-supported workflows)
Content Operations (content maintenance, CMS, process, governance)
E-commerce Content Creation & Management (product creation, optimisation, scale)
This role will own and lead two of those domains:

Content Creation & Management
You’ll report into Content Manager and work closely with SEO, Campaigns, Supply, Product, and Tech teams.
As the organisation grows, this role is expected to grow in scope and influence.
Responsibilities
- Lead content operations and e-commerce content creation functions across assigned brands and projects
- Manage and develop a team of junior-to-senior specialists through 1:1s, goal-setting, and performance cycles
- Own content operations workflows, priorities, and delivery timelines
- Drive operational improvements through process optimisation, tooling, and automation
- Partner with SEO, Campaigns, Supply, Product, and Tech teams to support business objectives
- Track performance using defined metrics and ensure alignment with quarterly targets
- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency and scalability
Requirements
Minimum requirements
2+ years of experience leading teams in content, marketing operations, e-commerce, or similar operational functions
4+ years of experience working in content operations, marketing operations, or e-commerce environments
Experience operating in high-volume digital environments (marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, Blogs, or similar)
Proven ability to set priorities, manage delivery, and operate at pace
Experience working cross-functionally with non-content teams
Knowledge in
Content operations workflows and CMS-based content management
Performance metrics and data-driven decision-making (e.g. CR, GMV, delivery efficiency, KPIs)
Process improvement and operational optimisation
AI-supported tools or automation used within content or operational workflows
Multi-project or multi-brand content environments
