Job Description
Turn scientific requirements into clear, accurate laboratory workflows. In this detail-focused role, you will translate analytical methods, specifications, stability protocols, and group guidance into configured templates within a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Your work helps laboratory teams execute testing accurately, consistently, and on time for BioPharmaceutical and Medical Device clients.

Position Description
- Build, maintain, and peer review analytical definition templates in LIMS using approved analytical methods, specifications, certificates of analysis, stability protocols, request information, and group work aids.
- Partner with laboratory technical contacts, project managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and determine the correct template configuration.
- Collaborate with teammates to share responsibilities and provide support during workload spikes, ensuring critical deadlines and client commitments are met.
- Work with leadership to evaluate assigned requests, identify missing or conflicting information, and proactively resolve questions that could affect quality or timelines.
- Prioritize work based on deadlines, client needs, and established group priorities while keeping leadership informed of progress, delays, and obstacles.
- Perform detailed reviews to confirm that each build matches the request, follows documented requirements, and is free from errors or typographical issues.
- Maintain current knowledge of systems, procedures, GMP/GLP requirements, work aids, and process updates through assigned training and self-directed learning.
- Contribute ideas, feedback, and workflow data that support process improvement, quality, productivity, and a positive team environment.
- Comprehensive classroom and hands-on training will be provided to ensure your success, including structured onboarding, technical instruction, and ongoing development opportunities.

- Consistently produce accurate work, meet assigned deadlines, and learn from feedback to improve first-pass quality.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with technical teams, project managers, leadership, and internal clients.

- Provide prompt, courteous support and build productive relationships with requestors and process stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses the following :
- Familiarity with analytical methodology, specifications, certificates of analysis
- Strong computer, scientific, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new tasks, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, show attention to detail
- Experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems
Basic Minimum Qualifications :
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to learn technical concepts, follow controlled procedures, and adapt to evolving work processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information
Position is Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.
