Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Forecasting & Budgeting
- Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact financial performance
- Partner with business leaders to develop quarterly internal business reports
Business & Financial Analytics
- Conduct financial analyses on revenues, margins and operational KPIs
- Evaluate business cases and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize financial outcomes
Operational Finance
- Participate in and assist with billing and collections.
- Monitor cash flow drivers, working capital trends, and operational efficiency
- Support pricing analysis, market assessments, and competitive benchmarking
- Strengthen financial systems, tools, and data integrity
Qualifications
Basic Minimum Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field preferred
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years finance experience
- CURRENTLY resides in Pennsylvania
- Personable, self-starter, and attention to detail
- Excellent Excel skills
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Additional Information
Position is full-time working hybrid, Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
