Job Description

You will be hands‑on technical leader responsible for defining, governing, and implementing the end‑to‑end architecture. You will combine strategic architectural ownership with active engineering contribution - building features, creating PoCs, and guiding the team through complex technical challenges. You will ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and high‑performing as we continue to expand our capabilities.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and define the end‑to‑end architecture across our data, integration, and application services, ensuring scalable, secure, and well‑designed solutions.
  • Contribute hands‑on to development, including building new features, creating proof‑of‑concepts, optimising performance, and solving complex technical challenges in both Python and Java.
  • Establish and enforce technical standards, ensuring solutions meet organisational requirements for security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Provide day‑to‑day technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and analysts to lead high‑quality delivery and engineering practices.
  • Shape the long‑term technology roadmap, evaluating new tools, frameworks, and architectural approaches to ensure consistency and support future growth.
  • Develop and review the associated with him component technical design and architecture
  • Provide input for software design process
  • Implement assigned to him code fragments§ Implement the needed units test scripts
  • Responsible for proper documentation of work meeting the project standards
  • Code the component skeleton.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Good technical architecture experience in into the software development
  • Good process understanding of software development
  • Master at least 2 technology layers within the different areas like Database vs. Business layer where you are holding certificates or track. Main layers that are into our scope are: Database layer, Business layer, Presentation layer, Interface and communication layers, Infrastructure layer, Security
  • Capable to design basic framework, classes, interfaces
  • Good training and Knowledge transfer skills
  • An understanding of domain of products and services and their use by clients
  • Capable to work independently and in cooperation with teams
